Conqueror Series
This series contains three packages – Ruby, Emerald, and Diamond – each providing further and further depth to the concepts introduced in the Explorer seminar.

All packages include:

• Everything provided in the Explorer seminar, plus:
• Develop a working level competence in the Diamond Solution
• Create visibility into current business processes
• Identify and develop key business processes for future state
• Create culture of business discipline for management and employees
• Develop skill in prioritizing new business opportunities
• Introduction to Pay for Competence Matrix

Ruby

• Four days custom designed consultation (designing your bag of diamonds)
• One person will become minimally competent at leading Diamond Solution conversations

Emerald

• Six days on site, custom designed consultation (designing your bag of diamonds)
• One person will become competent at leading Diamond Solution conversations with coaching
• One-day off-site coaching availability (with specified facilitator)

Diamond

• Eight days on site, 2 days off site, custom designed consultation (designing your bag of diamonds)
• One person will become competent at leading Diamond Solution conversations with coaching
• Two-day off-site coaching availability (with specified facilitator)
